Technical Expert – Perform duties as overnight shift supervisor assuming responsibility for the hardware, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information systems, both physical and virtual, and networking equipment. Perform duties in a small team environment with little to no supervision, solving basic and advanced issues for customers. Ensure uptime of systems by monitoring and responding to minimize customer system down time. Escalate issues to specialized advanced engineers if unable to resolve and assist expert with timely resolution. Maintained constant records using ticketing system adding meticulous notes involving special system maintenance procedures and steps taken during troubleshooting of advanced systems.

Hardware Maintainer – Perform maintenance, customer requested upgrades, and decommissioning of physical and virtual servers. Configure and trouble to ensure web applications and websites maintain maximum uptime. Install and maintain Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates to ensure positive user experience for the customer.
