Technical Expert – Perform duties as overnight shift supervisor assuming responsibility for the hardware, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information systems, both physical and virtual, and networking equipment. Perform duties in a small team environment with little to no supervision, solving basic and advanced issues for customers.
